CANCELLATION POLICY

Rookstool Salon stylists and assistants are honored by the faith our clients place in our ability to fashion their hair and help them look their best. We owe our livelihood to our clients, and we are extremely grateful for their trust. 

This profession is not only our passion, it’s how we make a living. Sometimes, surprises pop up, and clients are unable to keep their appointments. It happens, and typically it’s beyond anyone’s control. But these instances shouldn’t impact our income and ability to support our families. Therefore, we have implemented the following cancellation policy and ask for your understanding when we must enforce it.

Clients who cancel appointments prior to 24 hours from the scheduled appointment will not be charged.

  • Clients who cancel or no-show appointments with stylists other than Chad within 24 hours will be charged half the price of the scheduled service, provided we cannot fill the slot with another client. If we can fill the slot, there will be no charge.

  • Clients who cancel or no-show appointments with Chad within 24 hours will be charged the full price of the scheduled service, provided we cannot fill the time slot with another client. If we can fill the slot, there will be no charge.
